Team & Permissions
Invite staff, organise them into groups, and control exactly what each group can do.
Everyone who joins your workspace belongs to one or more Groups, and each group carries a set of permissions — what they can see and do, from placing orders to approving them, managing forms, running the POS terminal, or accessing admin settings.
Admins always have full access regardless of group settings. For everyone else, permissions from all of a user's groups are combined, so you can mix and match (e.g. "Warehouse" plus "Can Approve Orders") rather than being locked into one role per person.
The permissions list only shows what's actually relevant to your workspace — a permission tied to a module you haven't turned on (like Manage Production while Production is off) stays hidden until you enable that module, so the list doesn't get cluttered with settings for tools you don't use. Turning a module back on brings any permissions a group already had for it right back.
What you can do
- Group-based permissions covering orders, admin, bookings, POS, production, accounting, invoices, deals & CRM, inventory, storefront, and media
- The permissions list adapts to your enabled modules — nothing shown for modules you haven't turned on
- Ready-made group templates for common business shapes (retail, warehouse, field service, and more)
- Three ways to add people: create an account directly, attach an existing user, or send an invite link
- Per-group order-approval requirement
